This information is provided pursuant to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Sex Offender Registration Code, Title 22, Chapter 10, adopted December 18, 2010 by NCA 10-211, and pursuant to Public Law 109-248, also known as Title 1 of the Adam Walsh Child protection and Safety Act of 2006.
