The purpose of this website is to provide information to the public about registered sex offenders residing, visiting, working, or going to school within the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Indian Country. This information is provided pursuant to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Sex Offender Registration Code, Title 22, Chapter 10, adopted December 18, 2010 by NCA 10-211, and pursuant to Public Law 109-248, also known as Title 1 of the Adam Walsh Child protection and Safety Act of 2006.
